The results evidence that the using of coriander oil in broiler feeds have significantly effects on performance and blood biochemical and with out having any significantly effects on immunity parameters.

กลุ่มรวม T1 ,กลุ่มควบคุมไม่มีผักชีน้ำมันเสริม T2 , T3 , T4 และ T5 ได้ 0.75% , 1% , 1.5% และน้ำมันผักชี 2 % ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การใช้ระดับของน้ำมันผักชีมีความสัมพันธ์กับสมรรถนะ และคุณภาพซากของไก่เนื้ออย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ( P < 0.05 ) เปอร์เซ็นต์สูงสุดของหน้าอก และต้นขา พบว่าใน group5 และเปอร์เซ็นต์ต่ำสุดของฟัตวาในช่องท้อง พบในกลุ่มที่ 4
