Materials Control Section.
1. Management and Control Material Requirement Plan (MRP) to be consistent with Master Production Schedule (MPS).
2. Control suppliers delivery performance includes supplier’s delivery evaluation and development supplier’s delivery performance.
3. Management and Control Raw Material Inventory from the result of planning to be consistent of standard for minimize Inventory Cost of company.
Warehouse Section.
1. Management Warehouse area, development and implement Warehousing system such as location control, FIFO, 5S, Rack Systems , Empty Rack etc.
2. Management and Control operation of Receiving, materials Supply Area.
3. Inventory Control Management.
4. Plan and Co-ordinate Physical Count Inventory, and created count result compare with GL Accounting by quarterly.
5. Manage the Warehouse area to comply with Food Safety and Safety condition in all working area.
6. Implement and maintain the SAP system in IM and WMS module
Management Response.
1. Set up department budget and control such as packaging cost, Warehouse expense cost, freight cost etc.
2. Department KPI Control
3. Set up training need to staff and operator in Department for work skill up.
4. Evaluation staff/operator by 2 times per year, include development for improve work performance.
5. Review and Control the GCS as GCS program.
