Despite the fact that immigrants with job-limited work permits are excluded from the analysis, immigration policies effects may last longer than they are legally supposed to. Spain faces the situation where there are workplaces which native workers are unwilling to occupy. Thus, as a result workers for these jobs are found outside the country. All this reinforces the idea that there exist certain kinds of jobs that are to be occupied by immigrant workers. While these jobs are correlated with possible occupational hazards, 1 shows the partial effect that being an immigrant has on performing a certain type of job, holding constant the rest of the variables.
