With due respect, I do not agree to put the full list of leave entitlement or sick leave administrative details into the Employment Agreement for the reasons already given. The Employee handbook provides the necessary general staff benefits relevant to all employees in the country and the EA makes reference to that as well so we can keep the EA simple and include only the essentials applicable at the time of hire.
This approach is also in line with general HR practice and if we send the EA to lawyer in the country , they will use the same approach.
