Recording Exceptions During the Go-Live
Recording Exceptions During Merger Go-Live.
For those users located in the Shi Bei office, there is a go-live war room located on the 6th floor - Symbol, that will be used for the next month. CIT will set up headquarters in that war room and will have the go-live plan posted to provide real-time updates as to the status of the conversion and cut-over activities.
The war room and adjacent conference rooms are open to any associates that wish to work closely with the functional teams. During the conversion, the war room concept is critical in coordinating all of the activities.
There are "war rooms" that will be used in Thailand and India. Contact Poonsit Wachiracheevin or Ravideep Singh with any questions.
It is recommended that the manufacturing locations also designate a war room where the business conversion activities can be done in a controlled environment. Please contact your manager or the CIT staff if you have any questions.
There will be exceptions during the go-live, there is just no way around this. The recording and documenting of exceptions is critical to CITs goal of providing the highest level of service and a fast turn-around in resolving issues. All incidents need to be recorded thru the Project Exception Reporting System. Super users should select O-A-14655 APAC MERGER PROJECT and the phase will be GO-LIVE 1.
