As known, breakfast is the first meal of the new beginning, which is the breakfast most important meal. Because breakfast gives energies, it will be used through the day. Also provides the nutrients that people’s body and brain to work or study. If someone does not eat breakfast, it will effect surely. Unfortunately, there is no evidence or information regarding Skipping breakfast among MFU students. Thus, the objective of this study are to find the effect of skipping breakfast and solution for decreasing the rare of coffee addiction at MFU.
