and these include cyanidin-3-glucoside, cyanidin-
3-(6″-malonylglucoside), cyanidin-3-(3″, 6″-dimalonylglucoside),
pelargonidin-3-glucoside, peonidin-3-glucoside and their
malonated counterparts as the major anthocyanins
