Smartphones and other types of GPS-enabled devices have
made location data prevalent and the browsing of location
data [26] a popular activity. This has been further fueled
by the ease of recording location data. People can effortlessly
collect data about where they are at different times,
and share this data with others, e.g., by sharing GPS trajectories
or by checking-in at a place, in a location-based social
