i got your question about the insulation resistance between the pins. as i know, the insulation resistance is the normal resistance measured with DC-voltage. what i need are the electrical values of the used lamp (12V, 0,5A max.?) or alternative the connected voltage and the fuse shutdown current (maybe for the lamp array, hope you can provide me the electrical circuit). normally it would be measured with 500V, but the resistance value go down on higher voltage and i think it is better to check it near of the real operation situation.
if you have only the max current, we can calculate the value with the dieelectric strength from the isulation material. the manufacturer note on his spec >=10,5 kV/mm.
