Are you agreeable with K Prakasit’s advice to terminate the DIN HK (Kuwait) term which also means to pay off the Kuwait indemnity/severance
It is clear that DIN HK cannot freeze the amount and defer the payment for another 5 or more years without the agreement of the employee
Employee will treat/think it is illegal to do so without some form of consideration / benefit in exchange for the deferred payment.
