- Welcome guests and visitors.
- To build good relationships between individuals or organizations that come into contact.
- Handle incoming and outgoing documents for executive’s consideration.
- Reimburse and follow up executive’s expenses.
- Answering/ Making/ Screen telephone calls.
- Handle travel arrangement.
- Handle internal/ External correspondence as required.
- Order/ Monitor and maintain stationery supplies for team.
- Coordination within departments and company.
- Provide consultancy and marketing plan, Provide advice on the details of the product and services of company and affiliates.
- Provide advice and recommendations to the commander as well as to resolve the problems of the job and the responsibility of executive.
- Expand new customers and Maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Perform routine administrative functions.
- Perform special projects as required.
- Drafts/ Interactive books documentation for executive to lectures, Draft Report desk, Ceremonies and Activities.
- Organize and maintain good filing system.
- Plan, Organize, And prioritize own workload so that all tasks are Completed accurately and on time.

- Devote time to the work.
