Job Description:-
• Plan conceptual framework of, analyze and execute HR System/plan in AEC context for ASEAN countries
• Analyze business information for HR strategy, human capital scorecard development and HR roadmap execution
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of the business and assists in providing creative solutions to HR issues to maximize success of the business
• Provide advices to Line managers by partnering on moderately complex HR processes and procedures
• Manage performance management, capacity planning, organization culture development and other HR key initiatives
• Develop and ensure execution of HR priorities that align with business objectives while providing value as business partner to growing the business
• Provide comprehensive Human Resource support to a business unit or corporate function
Qualifications
Qualifications:-
• Master's degree in MBA, Human Resource Management, Finance or related fields
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience
• Good command in English
• Knowledge of any third language is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communications skills; maturity and ability to interact responsively and tactfully with staff at all levels
• High achievement drive and good teamwork player
• Be able to travel (will get chances to explore and work overseas)
