- Provide general administrative support to the project.
- Assist the Project Manager with correspondence relating to the day-to-day operations.
- Prepare purchase request and ensure that purchases are made according to procurement policy.
- Provide efficient and effective office management and ensure the smooth running.
- Maintain relations with the important contacts of the organization.
- Organize the office (files, telephone and email, etc.) and act as the first point of contact for visitors, partners, general enquiries
- Maintain a calendar of scheduled events including staff movements, conferences, meetings, etc. and an up-to-date list of all staff and volunteer.
- Help to organize meetings and event and provide logistical support for staff and travelling, etc.
