Much like Carousell, Zalora has achieved mainstream recognition from the “shopper on the street.” The three-year-old fashion ecommerce website has spread to a number of markets in Asia Pacific, and has received US$238 million in total disclosed funding so far. Users can shop through the website or its mobile apps. Last year, it launched a marketplace for independent merchants to sell their wares through the platform. It also features Zalora Magazine, a content blog that offers tips on fashion, beauty, and lifestyle.
