The purpose
of this project were to evaluate the quality,
to determine the efficiency, and to indentify
the achievement of the student using to online instruction for theoretical stress analysis for plane
stress. Several tools were used to fulfill those objective:quality evaluation taken by related experts,
efficiency tests by learners, and learning achevement test and learners satisfaction by
