This questionnaire consists of 25 different possible strategies containing a wide range
of thoughts and acts that student use to deal with the internal and/or external demands of specific
stressful encounters. Each strategy is presented in a scale of 0 to 3. A value of 0 means
the strategy is not used by the student, while a value of 3 represents a frequently used strategy.
The survey was distributed in person to the students at the beginning of their lesson. No
time limit was imposed in this study. Students were asked to hand in the survey as soon as
they had completed the questionnaire.
