transformational leadership has four dimensions, namely, charismatic influence, individualized consideration, inspirational motivation, and intellectual stimulation. We propose that each of these four dimensions is positively related to followers’ creativity. Using charismatic influence, the leader instills pride, faith, and respect, has a gift for seeing what is really important, and transmits a sense of mission In such a situation, followers may perform beyond expectations and be energized to achieve higher work objectives Thus, transformational leaders can influence followers’ creativity by making the employees feeling challenged and energized to seek novel approaches in their jobs.
