Household hazardous products which
pose the highest risk to health and environment have been identified
and classified into a three-tier priority list; Tier 1 products are
those which exhibit a proven hazardous potential, Tier 2 products
are those which are banned or strictly controlled within the EU and
Tier 3 products are those their hazardous potential cannot be
determined, as there is a lack of information or which cannot be
labelled as hazardous
