The outlined framework was used to develop a recycling program for a local school and then to test its performance. In the analysis of the test school, some elements and materials for a recycling program were already in place, while others were absent. To establish existing conditions and logistics, the conditions of the school were documented with photography as well as architectural drawings that place oversized symbols of the bin deployment on a floor plan of the school layout (Fig. 2).
