TEMPOINT temperature indication may be adjusted or reset by gripping the hex hub at the top of the STEM with a 6” adjustable crescent wrench and slowly rotating the bezel until the pointer indicates the proper temperature (clockwise to decrease, and counter-clockwise to increase).
