In light of the previously noted findings that communication plays an important role in the successful adoption of a corporate code of ethics in companies in general, this research was aimed at investigating if the same is true for a construction organization,
i.e., whether the methods by which a corporate code of ethics is communicated affect the attitudes of employees toward the code in a construction organization.
