I am writing to complaint about the nike air max 90 shoes I bought from your company last week. I found your offer very tempting, but it was not the bargain I expected it to be.
I was very surprised to find that I did not receive the black and red nike air max 90 shoes that was shown in the advertisement, but that you had sent me a grey the nike air max 90 shoes. I would like to hear your explanation for tricking your customers like this.
Unfortunately, I cannot afford to spend money on expensive thing that I don't want. I could easily have found a shoes like the one you sent me in stores, and it would have been cheaper too!
cloud you please make arrangements to refund my money or give me a replacement shoes? I would appreciate a prompt reply.
