In my course is required for 9 credits of internships. And my internship in 2013 is kitchen operation. Previously, I can do some of the cooking at home. but when I was training I found that cooking is fun, than I think. I had to learn how to use a knife, separate the type of cutting board. To make soup, salad dressing, sauce and some food that never made it at home. Every day In the morning I have made ommlet at breakfast bar.
