Target Incentive
You will participate in FMC's Local Incentive Plan with 1.0 level equivalent to 12% of your annual Base Salary.
Payout can range from 0.0 levels to 2.0 levels, i.e. ranging from 0% to 24% of your annual Base Salary,
depending on both individual and business unit performance. Details of your performance targets will be
provided to you in the beginning of each year. You must be an active employee through the bonus year end
(Dec 31st) to be eligible for payment.
Insurance Benefit
You will be provided with medical, life and accident insurance. Details of the insurance programs will be
provided to you separately.
