Job Summary & Purpose:
This position holder has to assist Brand Manager to create in-store and out-store activity/events to achieve total brand experience objective and brand vision. And also able strengthen brand position in customers’ mind set as an exciting and friendly supermarket.
Principal Accountabilities:
Creating and run in-store activity and events for all seasonal, theme and marketing plan with clear activity calendar according to each store concept objective
Control expense of each activity campaign to reflect highest return from spending
Review post analysis of each event and activities from all available source of information and ensure improvement of event and activities in order to optimize resources for next event and activities
Training store staffs in how to implement the activity in each store concept
Organize and control third party in managing the events and able to ensure the execution in store
Organizing, procuring and distributing the materials and also controlling inventory
Coordinating on the activity matter between Promotion, PR and Advertising team at head office / outsider and operation team to ensure the program success.
Qualifications Required:
Certificate / BA from Art school/ University
Experience at least 1-2 years in in-store activity events or handling activities of entertainment business
Can work 6 days/week, sometimes at night and can travel to up-country
Creative abilities
Organizational skills ;
scheduling the events and scheduling training. Able to organize, procure and distribute craft material and controlling inventory
Interrelationship : able to work and communicate with Operations and Marketing team
