It looks like there weren’t any records affected by the original Global Replace – would you be able to try again? I’m guessing something in the way it was filtered caused it to not apply to any records.
There were (30) appointment records showing in the audit log as being updated , but, based on the timestamps being minutes apart, these were updated manually in the front-end and not by a global replace.
