the present study was intended to measure the ultrafine particles
due to gas combustion only, food types and cooking styles associated
with the oven (broil vs. bake) can release different amounts of particles
of different sizes, and therefore transform particle size distributions.
In addition, although the data are not reported here, we
observed that the number concentration due to the gas oven was generally
increased at higher oven temperatures.
