For the item 3 regarding container damage, I remember the shipping date is around Oct, 11th.
But we got your mail on Dec, 13th .It is already two months after shipping date. Of course, you once told me that shipping company also informed you delay. So, by now, I think shipping company donot agree to waive it. And because it happened long time ago. We donot have way to persuade them to give us discount. We think both of us have to solve it together on friendly way.
In future, today, I discuss with Mr.Ma. He think at least for all future businesses, we should discuss this claim(including damage and cleaning cost) within 1.5 months after shipping date. And better supplying enough prove photos as best we can, How abt your thought?
For the cleaning cost in the same above shipment, if just as per your saying, shipping company only sent final invoice to you in recent days, pls show us the invoice, I think if the invoice date is also very late, I could ask shipping company why they give us claim so late. Is that ok?
