Three different salinity levels (S0, S1 and S2) were established
in a previous experiment by irrigating potato plants with 0 mM
NaCl (tap water), 25 mM NaCl and 50 mM NaCl solution throughout
the treatment period (Akhtar et al., 2015a). Moreover, irrigation
was applied manually to approximately 90% of pot water holding
capacity, so there was no leaching occurred during the experimental
period (Akhtar et al., 2015a).
