I asked client about client’s business plan today.
Client told me as below.
Client will start business from October or November 2013(this year).
Client will purchase parts for kitchen instruments in Thailand and export those to Maruzen(Japan).
So, client main business is export.
I think it’s better to have meeting for stock on September or October.
In the future(next period or later), client will start to import merchandise from Japan and sell customers(Japanese restaurants) in Thailand.
The main customer in Japan is Kourakuen(Ramen restaurant).
Kourakuen has Thai company and Kourakuen(Thailand) is AAP client too. (Please don’t tell it to customer)
Maruzen(Japan) business is manufacturing kitchen instrument.
Now, Maruzen(Japan) imports parts from Thai supplier directly.
Client will change the way of import by Maruzen(Thailand) and at the same time, client look for customer in Thailand.
If the sales will increase in Thailand(Kourakuen(Thailand) will be customer), client will think manufacturing in Thailand.
