RESERVATIONS & TICKETING ASSISTANT
Role & Responsibilities:
Attend to phone calls and walk-in customers
Handle general Reservations & Ticketing enquiries from customers
Report to Manager Passenger Services at Sathorn Office
Requirements:
Thai Citizen
Bachelor Degree in any field
Good communication skills in English
Able to understand and relate to customers’ needs
Pleasant and cheerful disposition and is a strong team player
