We have got big complained from our management and customer that we cannot deliver your products to customer. Actually, customer is satisfied on your product ( assembled) and have planning for Promotion launching on mid of September.
Now, we faced of problem about damage carton and scruffy of fitting package which we cannot deliver to customer’s store. It is the customer policy cannot accept damaged carton which is bad image to customer.
Please understand our situation that we stand for the middleman who is presenting your products to customer. We must keep the relationship our customer for our mutual business.
