Main Responsibilities
Work HR Manager and Line Managers by generate training need analysis and matrix including competency matrix and knowledge structuring and supporting training to ensure all teams are able to achieve deliverable target
Support and execute development program to turn code of conduct mindset and PepsiCo values into action
Support all technical trainings for Food Safety, Productivity Projects, Engineering & EHS program to get their achieve target by sending employees to attend public courses/ in-house training
Handle all process of Training Requisition on request including PR PO process
Monitor training costs, plan efficient use of budget and achieve financial objectives.
Report training data of public & in-house training to Ayudhya Provincial Center for Skill Development monthly
Drive for Rojana Plant Core Process achieve in target
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree– Human Resources Management , Psychology Political Science, Public Administration ,Business Management and related fields.
Minimum 3 years experiences in Human Resources Management.
Formal training in instructional design and program evaluations.
Strong Knowledge of Career Path Development/Talent Management and Development.
Fluently in English communication (writing, reading and speaking).
Good computer literature in Microsoft office.
