The purpose of this research is to study attitude and vegetarian food consumption behavior of consumers in Bangkok metropolitan area which focused on demographics characteristics in terms of gender,age,educational level,occupation,income,marital status and religion; as well as, attitude towards vegetarian food, vegetarian food consumption behavior and lifestyle.
The samples of the research are 385 vegetarian food consumers.
Questionnaire is used as a tool to collect data.
The statistics used for data analyzing were percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The statistics used for hypothesis test are Chi-Square test and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.
