Thus, the idea that organizational status is a determinant of conflict management needs to be re-evaluated. Additionally, these findings demonstrate that the communication differences between subordinates and superiors may not be as prevalent as previous researchers described. The results of this study demonstrate the complexities of organizational conflict and present new avenues for future scholars to explore.
