If you are a person that regular ingests caffeine and caffeinated
products – please go ahead and do your own research and not simply take
my word for it. But I can assure you, what you find in your research
regarding the negatives of caffeine will make you think twice about using
it…. Or at the very least, you’ll want to REDUCE your intake and take a
natural “energy boosting” product that has NO caffeine – such as More
Natural Energy.
Caffeine does not improve memory and cognitive function, unlike Acetylcholine, which is associated with increased attention, concentration, learning, and memory.
