1. Introduction
As information is one of the most powerful tools in business nowadays, in particular Information Quality (IQ) of the Automated Information Systems (AIS) in Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) businesses, which formally did not communicate, are increasingly required to share the information environment amongst businesses and individuals. Focused on achieving the sharing environments are often categorised as playing a pivotal role in facilitating and/or inhibiting system integration. There are, for example, a research done by [1] found that businesses are increasingly harnessing the potential of ICTs to facilitate and consummate between business-to-business (B2B) transaction and business- to-customer (B2C) transaction. In particular from the distributor’s perspective, it is gradually becoming routine for in-house management of productions, and the distribution activities of its product through the use of the internet. Moreover, there are many publications which fuel the adoption and use of the internet computing and mobile communication devices by individuals and households for the future. There is, for example, the penetration of the mobile telephones in the USA is projected to jump from 25% to about 55% in 2004, see [5] etc.
