Your progress in this learning opportunity will be assessed based on the learning goals established by yourself and the facilitator. You will develop a learning portfolio that will be used to determine your learning successes and failures. Remember, a failure is really the greatest opportunity for learning. We will constantly revisit concepts and experiences until learning mastery has occurred. The point of this learning opportunity will be to take what you remember about business and society concepts and apply that learning to compensation specifics so that you will know how to apply and implement compensation strategy throughout the remainder of you work life.
