We found that there is so many transaction that customer success fully made a payment and after that several days there was the reversal came and after the reversal several days there is the deduct for the same money amount again.
This issue was carried to Merusha directly via Skype conference call since 20th October. Now is the end of 22th October already and I found new several addition transactions coming
Would you mind follow this very quick as I know she going to take vacation but the issue still keep occuring?
For more information, Merusha told me she was going to forward this issue to MasterCard but I did not get any update for this issue
