You will need a large pot that can be used for the simmering of large quantities, any size from a 10 – 20L pot will be sufficient. You will need a sieve to skim the stock and remove the impurities. At the end of the stock making process you will need a large strainer and clean container to hold the full amount of liquid. Straining will leave you with a clear liquid, no debris or bones should be left in the liquid stock.
