M/C paper chemical sensor was fabricated by fabricating gold electrode on the M/C paper. The electrode was inter-digital transducer (IDT) pattern that has comb length of 2.49 mm and comb
width of 26 m. Conventional photolithography and lift-off technique were used for the electrode fabrication. Photoresist (PR) (S2010, Microchem) was deposited on the M/C paper by spincoating at 3000 rpm and exposed by UV system (Karl Süss, i-line) with a photomask for 12 s. After baking process, the paper was developed and rinsed with IPA. Finally, 100 nm thick gold layer was deposited on the paper using the thermal evaporating system, and remnant PR pattern was removed from the paper. Fig. 1 shows the IDT shaped electrode pattern on the M/C paper.
