Job Description
This position provides support for proposal generation and project management of commercial responsibilities within EthosEnergy (Thailand) Ltd. Commercial Management Team with primary support for Company Product Lines of Gas Turbine Parts, Repairs, Field Services, Controls, and Term Maintenance Agreements. This position provides support in the management of proposal generation, model development, contract structuring & risk assessment to ensure that each EthosEnergy bid is technically and commercially accurate. It requires a thorough understanding of Company product lines and contract structures.
Key Responsibilities:
Includes the following, other duties may be assigned as needed:
Manage commercial activities on individual opportunities in partnership with EthosEnergy Sales and in conjunction with Commercial Management processes from proposal development through contract negotiations and opportunity closure.
Manage low value / simple opportunities using a structured project management approach. Develop target proposals, contracts, and other documents necessary for presentation and negotiation of company solution by EthosEnergy sales.
Develop financial models for each opportunity accounting for cost of scope and risks and in alignment with market based pricing and company objectives.
Review customer terms and conditions for compliance with Contracting Procedures Policies.
Seek alternate contract language to minimize EthosEnergy risk while balancing commercial goals and strategies of the proposed value solution.
Assist in contract negotiations, as required, and manage all internal support and approvals.
Coordinate required resources to seek guidance and obtain internal approvals from Finance, Legal, Tax, and Insurance to mitigate potential risks within a given opportunity.
Develop Deal Summaries for all imminent contracts for executive management review.
Turnover to Project Management & Execution Team to ensure successful contract launch and execution
Ensure company CRM system and records are kept up to date and accurate
Prepare accurate and timely reports and summaries for the Commercial Director
Experience:
Project management certification preferred.
Experience in sales or proposal activities, or technical or applications engineering support of sales activities.
Experience in proposal and contract development and negotiation. A proven ability in the creation and delivery of effective presentations. -Experience in collecting and presenting data using a variety of software packages that include SharePoint ad Sales Logix or a similar CRM system. Process orientated with a strong ability to evaluate and mitigate commercial risk.

Qualifications:
Essential:
Degree qualified in corporate law or business studies.
Desirable:
Project Management certification.
