Multicomponent ergonomic intervention, rather than training alone, was effective in reducing ergonomic risk factors at workplace and consequently in secondary prevention
of the WUEMSDs among computer workers. However, for further interventional studies, we recommend considering the following suggestions. First, we suggest using more objective assessment methods rather than selfreported measures, especially in evaluating the ergonomic exposure. Second, future studies should use larger sample sizes with longer follow-up periods. Finally, future studies might benefit from a multifactorial approach, including psychological factors.
