• To gain more new customers and manage the existing customers
• To prepare quotation for customers
• To achieve the target / budget assignment
• To visit customers regularly as per Sales policy and submit report on time
• Update knowledge of customer’s needs and requirements the business situation, their market/industry information, their buying and sourcing patterns (booking prospects), pricing policies, competitor’s activities, customer’s allocation etc.
• Review customer’s feedback on service quality
• Update on company policy and act on conference initiatives when appropriate
• Ensure customer’s complains are promptly addresses and corrected by discussion with concerned parties
