Dear Colleagues,

Maxim’s Internal Relations will shortly be visiting your location, and we are looking forward to meeting you.

To give you a little bit of background, our department has been traveling to all of Maxim’s sites for over 15 years to speak to the employees one-on-one. We provide a forum to express your feelings about Maxim in confidence. This is done so that Maxim’s upper management gains a deeper understanding to the feelings/opinions/ideas the employees have and be able to act upon the feedback provided. Please see our short video for more detail.

For our group to better understand the current health of your location prior to the upcoming employee interviews, we ask that you complete the online survey in this email. The pre-interview survey results are included in the final report so upper management is made aware of concerns of the employees.

Your responses are confidential; no one is identified in any reporting of the results. The survey is self-explanatory and should take less than 5 minutes to complete.
