• Conduct research into human resources programs and activities and recommends changes or innovation where desirable in order to keep updated of latest trends and developments in Thailand market.
• Cooperate with the target list technical schools so that the school recruitment is done properly in terms of quality, quantity in time.
• Participate in the HR marketing and then fully use the channels and resources like the job fair, labor service market, campus recruitment, website and other media tools.
• Assist in implementation and development of Company and Human Resources policies and programs.
• Other tasks as assigned by HR Manager from time to time.
