Returns
For exchanges there is no postage to be paid for us posting the replacement to you. The replacement item could be any Lindy Bop dress we have listed. For refunds, you must open a return case (not buyer protection case) from your bought items page. Please enclose a note of your ebay username in the parcel with any return, so we know who it is from. If you do not it may be impossible for us to verify that it is you who has sent back the item. We will charge a 7% restocking fee on all items sent back for a refund. Items must be received within fourteen days of the day on which the item was delivered to the buyer. All items returned must be unused and in a new and saleable condition. Returns that are damaged, soiled, smelling of smoke, covered in hairs or altered will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer. IMPORTANT: When trying on clothing, ensure you are not wearing perfume or deodorant which may leave marks or scent on the item. Any item returned with deodorant marks or scent will be posted back to the buyer. Garment tags and packaging (if any) should also be included along with any other accessories included with the item (belts etc). If not included, or sent back damaged, the return will not be accepted and the item will be sent back to the buyer. The original postage will be refunded along with the value of the item. For items sent special delivery we will only refund up to the cost of first class postage. The return postage must be paid by the buyer. Please allow 5 working days from us receiving the parcel for your return to be processed. Most returns will be processed in one or two working days. If you do not agree to these conditions, please do not purchase the item. Please contact me with any questions.
