This is the typical case which I went through many times in the past.
The problems distributor experienced don't duplicate at your end. they are new
product, and we tested these before sending to our customer. this is the additional
customer service we set up to protect Saeshin brand.
Our inventory manager doesn't receive these units back to us again.This is becase we
found the problem at our end. Since you don't find any problems at all, so I suggest you to
sell these to your other customers. With this manner, you can fill your requirement as well
as our requirement.
