I am Tuyen, HVN-SQ leader.
According to this case, up to now we happened 3 cases (2 cases happened in the past --> Defective parts collected same this case mean only Metter assy not have Visor and len). We follow up in our market and decided issue QIS to you to deep analysis. But you said that the defective part was unoriginal so QIS was reject to HVN-MQ. Otherwise, you want to original part from these 2 cases same symptom but these 2 cases happened in the past --> Impossible to collecting as you request that mean you will return QIS to HVN without analysis or suitable reason. If you don't want to take analysis in this case, please tell us the suitable reason.
So our concerns is what is standard for defective part collecting? If all parts have source from Thailand have to collect whole parts, please tell us know.
For example 1: Bulb Headlight don't operate (part number 6) -->It is A rank but You request us collect whole parts (including 20 parts number) --> Take 3 month to order parts. Whether need whole part or not. because before judgment the quality problem, HVN-SQ have to initial analysis and check all other reasons can make to the symptom.
For example 2: Switch assy in AT transmission don't operate --> What's part we need to send to you? (Transmission or switch assy only) and who will pay cost if collect whole transmission?
Not only this case, in order to easy for other cases in coming time also we need to know clearly about HATC-MQ defective part standard?
So please provide to us the confirmation about warranty part collecting standard?
