TPB was advised by a direct broker to cancel the policy on 16.02.2012(I have the proof if you want to see) TPB issued endorsement for the cancellation on 14.06.2012 (as we both know, the delay in issuing the document is usually happened to all companies due to work load or lack of staff whatever) TPB sent out the endoersement to AON and all other reinsurersw on 15.06.2012 (I do not understand why it took so long to reach your office in November while it took only 15 days to reach our oversea reinsurers) AON noted and sent us credit note.
